Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or otherwise using Clinikly’s marketing site, web dashboards, or mobile application (together, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Clinikly is a digital health platform that helps doctors, assistants, and patients manage appointments, telehealth consultations, prescriptions, clinical records, and related administrative workflows. Clinikly is a technology platform — it does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The Services support distinct roles with different permissions:

• Patients can book appointments, connect with doctors, and manage their own health information.
• Doctors must complete a credential verification review before accepting patients or issuing prescriptions.
• Assistants operate under a doctor’s authorization to help manage scheduling and records.
• Administrators oversee platform integrity, verification, and support.

Clinikly is not a substitute for professional medical judgment and must not be used for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Doctors using Clinikly are solely and independently responsible for the clinical care, advice, diagnoses, and prescriptions they provide to patients.

By using the telehealth features of Clinikly, you consent to receiving or providing care via live video consultation. You acknowledge that telehealth has inherent limitations compared to in-person examination, and that a doctor may determine that an in-person visit is necessary.

Digital prescriptions issued through Clinikly are created and authorized solely by the treating doctor. Clinikly provides the tooling to record and share prescriptions but does not review, approve, or guarantee the appropriateness of any prescription.

Consultation fees are set by individual doctors or clinics. Doctors and clinics using Clinikly may also be subject to a recurring platform subscription fee, billed and tracked as described in your dashboard. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in restricted access to platform features.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent your identity or credentials.
• Attempt to access accounts, health records, or data that do not belong to you.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the Services without authorization.

The Clinikly name, logo, and platform are owned by Clinikly. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what is necessary to use the Services as intended.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or if required to protect the safety and integrity of the Services. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clinikly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including any clinical decisions made by doctors using the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
